Writing about a problem? Send the name on the account, the game, the phone and its system version, roughly when it happened, and what you saw. That is usually enough to find it in the logs.
Pikuball
- I forgot my password
- Pikuball accounts need no email, so we may not be able to restore access. If you linked a Google or Apple account, sign in with it. Otherwise write to us with your username and anything that proves the account is yours.
- A purchase did not arrive
- Restart the game once. If it is still missing, write to us with the store receipt. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules.
- A player is cheating or abusive
- Write to us with the username, the date and what you saw. We read every report.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the game, open Settings and tap DELETE ACCOUNT, then confirm. Or write to us: see delete your Pikuball account.
PikuGuns
- Where can I get the game?
- PikuGuns is in testing on TestFlight and Google Play. The store pages are not public yet; the buttons on its page light up the day they are.
- I forgot my password
- Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen; a reset link goes to the email on your PikuGames account. Signed up with Apple or Google? Sign in with that instead.
- A purchase did not arrive
- Purchases are granted by our server a few seconds after the store confirms them. Tap Restore purchases in the Shop; if it is still missing, write to us with the receipt.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the game, open My Account and tap Delete account, then confirm twice. Or write to us: see delete your PikuGuns account.
PikuBots
- Where can I get the game?
- PikuBots is in testing on TestFlight and Google Play. The store pages are not public yet; the buttons on its page light up the day they are.
- Can I play offline?
- Yes. Settings has an offline switch. Offline matches need no connection and progress is kept on the phone until you go online again. Clans, friends and the inbox wait.
- I forgot my password

- How do I delete my account?
- In the game, open Settings, tap SIGN OUT on the ACCOUNT row, then DELETE ACCOUNT, read what is deleted, tap CONTINUE and hold DELETE ACCOUNT for 2 seconds. Or write to us: see delete your PikuBots account.
Every game
- Refunds
- Apple and Google take the payments, so refunds go through them: the App Store's Report a Problem page, or Google Play's order history. If a purchase is refunded, the game removes what it gave.
