Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and pikugames ("we") for our games, including PikuGuns, this website and our online services. By playing our games you agree to them. If you got a game from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Your account

One pikugames account works in all of our games. Keep your password and your devices safe; you are responsible for what happens on your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Your license

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play our games for your own entertainment. The games, their characters, art, music and names belong to us or to those who licensed them to us.

Virtual items

Coins, gems, weapons and other items in our games are a limited license to use inside that game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and cannot be sold or transferred. Unless the law says otherwise, purchases are final. Refunds of store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; if a purchase is refunded, we remove what it gave, which can leave a negative balance. We may change, rebalance or retire items and features, and if we ever close a game we will announce it in the game in advance.

Rewarded ads

Some games let you choose to watch an ad for a reward. The reward is given when the ad network confirms the view, up to a daily limit. Watching ads is always optional.

Contests

Some games run contests, such as a daily cup and a weekly tournament. They are games of skill: the result depends only on how you play. Prizes are virtual in-game items only, with no cash value. Free attempts are available every day and no purchase is needed to take part or to win. Each contest's official rules are in the game and apply to it. Apple and Google are not sponsors of our contests and are not involved with them in any way. Contests are void where the law does not allow them.

Fair play

Do not cheat, use bots, exploit bugs, attack our servers, harass other players, pick offensive names, or copy or reverse engineer our games except where the law allows it. We may remove results, items or prizes gained by breaking these rules.

The service

Our games and online services are provided as they are and as available. They can be interrupted, and we may change or end features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
